Our Casework Program provides individual support to Alberta workers through one-on-one assistance, advocacy and education across a number of employment-related issues.

WHERE WE WORK
As an Alberta charity, the Workers' Resource Centre strives to meet workers where they are.
Our Casework program currently provides services from our head office in Calgary, other community-based organizations in Calgary such as Diversecities and Genesis Centre, and at locations in Red Deer and Lethbridge.
RESULTS
Between 2006 and 2023, the Workers' Resource Centre has helped its clients acquire more than $67 million in financial entitlements.
Our casework program maintained a success rate of over 98% on all claims submitted in 2022.
